As a consequence of our own experience of starting up a law firm and working in a law firm which dealt largely with start-up enterprises, Swan Lawyers has the ability to provide all start-up companies with advice in relation to corporate structures and legal documents.
We have prepared a start up package which we modify to suit your requirements. We also have relationships with various start-up pioneers in the community and access to advice in relation to Research and Development Grants and Export Market Development Grants.
Start up advice includes reviewing lease agreements, providing employment advice, arranging for shareholders agreements, buy and sell agreements. It also includes commercial advice where we can introduce you to investors and tax advisors and consultants.
Swan Lawyers provides general commercial advice. For complex business transactions, it will provide you with an introduction to boutique consultants who are affordable and experienced.
